On Saturday March 19, at approximately 5:15p.m, the Almaguin Highlands OPP investigated a break, enter and theft to a Chetwynd Road residence in Armour Twp.
Sometime between Friday January 29 and Friday March 18, someone entered the residence and stole a 30 inch gas range stove, valued at $1,000.
Police are continuing to investigate and any person with information regarding the person(s) responsible for this theft should immediately contact the Ontario Provincial Police at 1-888-310-1122 or their nearest police authority.
OPP are also investigating a break and enter to the South River Legion that occurred on Saturday March 19.
At approximately 2 a.m, an alarm was tripped at the Legion after suspect entered the building. Police suspect that the alarm scared the crooks away before they could steal anything.
