Due to extreme cold temperatures Antoine Mountain is delaying its opening until 12 p.m. from the initial 9 a.m. opening time this Saturday, January 15.

Chairlift hours will be: Saturday, January 15th:  12 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, January 16th: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Organizers say skiers can warm up at the outdoor fire pits or inside the chalet.

"We want our customers to know that the chalet is always open for you to come inside to dress and warm up on cold days like these," a release stated.

"Take the chill off and warm up by one of our pellet stoves in the upper and lower levels of chalet. The cafeteria is open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with hot chocolate, coffee, tea, and easy take-out items for you to enjoy.

"Please remember to wear your mask indoors always and take your food to go," the release continued.
