The District of Nipissing Social Services Administration Board (DNSSAB) through the Land Ambulance Service Grant (LASG), is getting $6,740,000.
“Today’s announcement of the Land Ambulance Service Grant in the amount of $6.7 million dollars represents a 6.5% increase and will contribute to the sustainability of Paramedic Services through this co-funding model across the District of Nipissing,” said Mark King, Chair, District of Nipissing Social Services Board.
“Increasing financial support for our local ambulance operations is great news for Nipissing,” said MPP Vic Fedeli. “This important investment in emergency services will help to improve access to healthcare throughout our community.”
