The North Bay Skating Club will be hosting its 49th annual Make It A Date To Skate skating competition from February 23rd to February 25th, 2018 at Memorial Gardens.
Over 250 skaters and their families from all over Ontario will travel to North Bay to compete in this event.
Officials will be judging many categories of competition including Star 2-10, interpretive, elements and triathlon. This is a qualifying event and some skaters will proceed to the 2018 Skate Ontario STARSkate Provincial Championships being held in Kingston from March 16th to 18th.
“The Make It A Date committee is pleased to welcome skaters, coaches, officials and spectators to the city of North Bay”, said Sharon O’Connor, Chairperson. “We wish good luck to all skaters and hope everyone enjoys the competition.”
Events begin Friday, February 23rd at 9 a.m.
Over 18 vendors will be on site.
