On Thursday the 11th of Oct. at approximately 6:45 PM it is alleged that employees of a wholesaler on Bond St. caught a 13 year old male youth within their premises.
A check of the building showed that this youth had removed the hinges off a door to make his unlawful entry. He was held for North Bay Police and Csts. Chris Marshall and Daniel Shepstone attended and arrested the youth.
He is charged with Break and Enter and is to appear in court on the 21st of Nov.
