West Nipissing trio face drug trafficking charges

Three West Nipissing residents face drug charges after a bust Tuesday,

On May 28, police executed a warrant at a residence in that town.

Officers seized a number of drugs suspected to be methamphetamine and amphetamine as well as approximately $6,500 cash. 

The street value for the drugs seized is approximately $7,000.

Three people were arrested and charged.

Danielle Dallinger,27, Kori Lawrence, 43, and Riley Lawrence, 26, are all charged with:

  • Three counts of possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking  and
  • Possession property obtained by crime.

Riley Lawrence faces an additional charge of possession of a restricted or prohibited weapon contrary to a Prohibition Order.

All three were released on a promise to appear and are scheduled to appear in Sturgeon Falls court on July 4.

The OPP North East Region Community Street Crime Unit with the assistance of the West Nipissing Police Service executed the warrant.
