Traffic was down to one lane on McIntyre around 10:30 this morning as a water main burst closed a lane of traffic near the corner of Ferguson and McIntyre.

One witness called it a "spectacular geyser" when he passed by the water spout which was down to only 6 feet high when our BayToday cameras' arrived at the scene.
Downtown businesses in the area are hoping the break isn't on their water meter.
