The Electrical Safety Authority is notifying the public that Polygroup Limited has announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately.

Name of Product: 36-inch Bobblehead Snowman and 36-inch Bobblehead Santa.

Units: 4,287 sold in Canada.

Manufacturer: Polygroup Limited (Macao
Commercial Offshore)

Hazard: An electrical component in the product can short circuit, posing a fire hazard to consumers.

Incidents/Injuries: 1 incident reported of a Bobblehead Snowman that overheated and emitted smoke.

Description/Models: 36-inch Bobblehead Snowman with 45 LED lights, Wal-Mart Canada Item Number 1817871, Manufacturer Item Number MCX20-045001. 36-inch Bobblehead Santa with 45 LED lights, Wal-Mart Canada Item Number 1817878.

Sold by: Wal-mart Canada for $50.00.
When was distributed: September 2010 through January 2011.

Manufactured in: China

Remedy: If you purchased one of the above units, you may return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund of price paid.
