Vested Interest is hosting the Community Thank You event

This Saturday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM and Sunday from 10:00AM to 4:00PM Vested Interest is hosting the Community Thank You event.

During the sale, a percentage of all sales will be donated to local causes.

Some of the beneficiaries include the North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Patrick4Life, and the Warriors of Hope, to name a few.

Jennifer McNutt Bywater, owner of Vested Interest says “This is a small way for us to give back to our community for all the years of support. Ever since the fire, everyone has been so supportive, and we really want to show how much we appreciate the support.”

The Community Thank You event is part of the ongoing fire sale at Vested Interest.

After this weekend’s event, Vested Interest will continue the fire sale to make way for renovations.

Once a majority of the inventory is gone, the McIntyre Street location will be closed temporarily.

While the downtown location is closed, Vested Interest will have a temporary location on Seymour Street, in the old Schutz Garden Centre.

Brent Bywater, owner of Vested Interest says “We are currently in the process of selling the inventory at the McIntyre Street location to make way for renovations. We need to get rid of the entire inventory before renovations can begin, so we are offering products at deep discounts. We ran a large wholesale operation from our downtown location, and despite losing some of it to the fire, there is a lot of inventory still to go.”

The temporary Seymour Street location (in the old Schutz Garden Centre) will only open when McIntyre closes. Once the renovations are complete, Vested Interest will be moving back to its original downtown location.
