A 22-year-old man has been arrested and charged in relation to a weekend incident at a downtown North Bay car dealership.

Constables Roger Drolet and Al Bedard of the North Bay Police Service responded to a call Saturday afternoon regarding someone allegedly having damaged a vehicle.

The officers located a man nearby matching the description. He was arrested and provided a false name to the officers.
James Joseph Potts, of no fixed address, is charged with mischief, breach of probation and obstructing police. He was kept in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
