On 01st July at 1:45 a.m. North Bay Police checked a vehicle parked near Lakeshore Dr at Charles Av. As the officers approached they observed a small white baggie being thrown by two men behind a dumpster.
The baggie contained what is believed to be cocaine and both men were arrested.
Ronald Kimber 32 years of Lee Ave was charged with trafficking cocaine.
He is to appear in court on the 30th July.
Csts Randy Adair and Steve Chabbert are investigating.
