Use of a stolen credit card

On the 16th of Jan. during the evening hours Cst. Bill Gainforth and Dave Wilson of this Service attended a residence on Delaware Av. and arrested a person in relation to the use of stolen credit cards.

It is alleged that these cards had been stolen from a residence mailbox and then activated and used for cash advances over $4000.

Gary PETERS 44 years old of Delaware Av. is charged with 2 counts of Theft Under and 2 counts of Use Stolen Credit Card. He is to attend court on the 27th of Feb.
