On the 21st of Aug. shortly after 1 AM it is alleged that a man was found within a North Bay home on Reginald Rd. without the owner's permission. When Csts. Bill Gainforth and Walter Neely of the North Bay Police attended, the man in question gave a false name.

Tanner MORTON 18 years old of Madelina Dr. is charged with Being Unlawfully in a Dwelling House and Obstruct Police.

He is scheduled to attend court on the 16th of Oct.
