Two more suspects are in police custody in connection with a home invasion that took place in the early morning hours of April 27 on Cedar Heights Road East, in North Bay,
Police said at the time, that after a brief fight with the residents, the suspects fled toward Highway 11 in a small, black car. Police seized a firearm at the scene.
Of the twoarrested, one is an 18-year-old male and the other is a young offender.
The young offender can't be named by law, and police say releasing the name of the second suspect may identify the young offender.
The arrest of the 18 year old took place first, on May 6, at a home on Main Street East. On May 8, North Bay Police officers arrested the young offender.

The 18-year old is charged with:
- Two counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm
- Two counts of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
- Two counts of firearm- use while committing an offence
- Two counts of possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order
- Two counts of knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm
- Two counts of an occupant of motor vehicle knowing there was a firearm
- Disguise with intent
- Break, enter a dwelling – commit an indictable offence
The young offender is charged with:
- Two counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm
- Two counts of knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm
- Two counts of firearm - use while committing an offence
- Two counts of an occupant of motor vehicle knowing there was a firearm
- Two counts of possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order
- Two counts of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
- Disguise with intent
- Break, enter dwelling – commit an indictable offence
- Fail to comply with sentence
Both are being held in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
