Two city residents facing drug charges

On the 21st Dec 1:10 p.m. a woman in a vehicle, with an 18-month-old baby in the backseat parked in a lot on Lakeshore Dr.

A man entered the vehicle and a drug transaction took place. The man counted the money and the woman ignited what she had purchased. Both persons were arrested and what is believed to be a Fentanyl patch seized.

Terrence Hendry, 34 yrs of Lakeshore Dr was charged with trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, possession of property obtained by crime, and breach of probation.

A 19-year-old Commanda Cr. woman was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug, breach of probation, and breach of an undertaking.

Both persons were held in custody for bail hearings.
