The City is warning motorists the public of the temporary changes to the traffic flow on Trout Lake Road from Giroux St. to Mountainview Dr.
Adjustment to the traffic flow throughout Thursday is to be expected says a news release.
The Trout Lake Road paving operation from Giroux St. to Mountainview Dr. will begin first thing in the morning and is anticipated to extend into the evening.
The traffic signals at Giroux St. and Mountainview Dr. will both be bagged and traffic control through the intersection will be handled by a combination of a police officer and traffic control people.
There will be flagging operations and traffic will be reduced to a single lane for the duration of the day. This is being done in order to pave and for the safety of workers as well as the travelling public.
Motorists are encouraged to use an alternate route during this time to avoid a delay and are encouraged to drive with care and according to the temporary conditions.
