North Bay Police

On the 21st of Feb. shortly before 7 AM a man turned himself in to Cst. Warner of the North Bay Police in relation to a vehicle that he claimed was taken without the owner’s permission.
A confirmation of this information led to charges of Theft against the male in question.
Melvin DEIBEL 52 years old of Trout Lake Rd. is charged with Take Auto Without Consent and remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
