Tries to sell pills on street

On the 6th of Dec. at approximately 3 PM it is alleged that occupants in a motor vehicle attempted to sell Oxycotin to a passing pedestrian.

This matter was reported to the North Bay Police and officers responded to the call.

A suspect was arrested a short time later.

Raymond WOODS 56 years old of LaSalle Quebec is charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled substance and Theft Under $5000.
He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.
