Three people charged in assault and robbery case Update

The seven people involved in the Robbery from the 23rd Oct have all been arrested and charged. The last 2 suspects were arrested on the 26th Oct at 2:20PM.

Jason Lang 34yrs of John St. is charged with Break Enter and Commit, and Robbery. He was held in custody for a bail hearing.

Dana Croghan 35yrs of John St. is charged with Break Enter and Commit, and Robbery. She is to appear in court on 7th Dec 2010.

Further investigation into this incident has found that 4 persons are alleged to have attended the residence to rob the victim. It is also alleged that there were 3 additional people involved.

One person set the robbery up while 2 others left when the robbers attended, returning afterwards to accept money for not interfering.

Julie Philion 22yrs of Mill St Cache Bay was arrested and charged with Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence, and Possession of Stolen Property. She is to appear in court on Dec 14 2010.

Michelle Philion 26 yrs of Meil St Cache Bay was arrested and charged with Theft under $5000.00. She was held in custody for a bail hearing.

Bryan Young 29yrs of Mill St Cache Bay was arrested and charged with Possession of Stolen Property. He is to appear in court on 14th Dec 2010.

North Bay Police are still looking for 1 man and 1 woman who are alleged to be involved in the actual robbery. Csts Vince Corrente and Seth Dinsmore are investigating.
