Update Three missing after early morning fire in Strong Township

The scene of the fire, on Robins Road, east of Highway 11 is closed until further notice say OPP.

OPP report three people are missing after an early morning fire in Strong Township, near Sundridge.

The residential fire started around 6:30 a.m.

The cause and origin of the fire are still under investigation by the Ontario Fire Marshall and an update will be prepared as more information becomes available," states Constable Louise Maki.

Almaguin Highlands OPP along with the Office of the Fire Marshall, the Sundridge-Strong Fire Department, the South River Machar Fire Department and the Magnetawan Fire Department responded.
