A dispute between a man and woman at a home in North Bay has led to three charges of sexual assault.

Police were called March 14 concerning the dispute and as a result of an investigation, a 62-year-old North Bay man faces charges.

Police are not naming the accused to protect the identity of the victim.

The incident took place around 10 p.m. Upon arrival, officers obtained information relating to three separate incidents that had taken place between January 1 and February 17.

"During these incidents, an adult female was touched inappropriately by the accused," says a news release.

As a result of the investigation, the accused was arrested for sexual assault, and taken to North Bay Police Service headquarters where he was held for a bail hearing.
