Keith Bradford, President of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers Local 576 in North Bay is disputing the city's explanation about snow removal this year, and he sent us a picture to prove it.

Bradford took the picture today of the sidewalk on the 400 block of Lakeshore Drive.
"While city councilors claim expectations of bare sidewalks in winter is unreasonable, (especially with that attitude, I might add), this is ridiculous."
And: Frustration continues for local postal workers
Also, the corner of Karla and Marshall Park continues Bradford.
"It is going down to minus 13 or so tonight, I know what will happen here. If insurance companies see an increase in accident rates in a given area, all of our rates will increase, all because the city of North Bay seems content with minimum provincial standards, which aren't acceptable to most of the people coming up and talking to me about these conditions."
