Thieves find car unlocked with keys in ignition

On the 20th of Feb. between the hours of 9 PM and midnight thieves stole a vehicle that was left unlocked with the keys in the ignition in a parking within the 1300 block of Franklin St.

This vehicle is described as a 1991 Dodge Spirit 4 door and grey in colour with Ont. licence plate BHER 966. It also had a pink sticker “Malibu” in the bottom right of the rear window.
