The 'Sign a 2X4' event asks folks to make a donation and then sing the lumber that will be used in the construction of the John Street build.
Volunteers will be at Wal-Mart’s main entrance Friday, June 24th from 10am to 6pm and again on Saturday, June 25th from 10am to 4pm to offer a marker and take your donation.
Event organizer Ellen ‘Pop Can Ellie’ Faulkner says there is still room on Saturday’s schedule for volunteers so if you have time to donate send an email to:
