There is still time to become an ARC member in your area. Please see the link to ‘ARC Formation Guidelines’ and ‘ARC Membership Form’ to get more information and complete an application form. We would appreciate receiving these forms by Friday, October 12, 2007. Please give them to the principal of your school or email an electronic copy to [email protected] .

Initial ‘organizational meetings’ have now been scheduled for all 2008 and 2009 ARCs – please follow the link to ARC Meetings(1). The same link also describes the dates and locations for the first public meetings of each 2008 ARC. The 2009 ARC initial public meeting dates will follow, but they will all be later than the 2008 ones, i.e. after Nov. 26.

ARC Meetings:

All ARC members are invited to an ‘organizational meeting’, at which the ARCs will be introduced, an outline of the process to be followed by each ARC will be given, and opportunity for questions and sharing information will occur. There are two of these meetings scheduled in the North Bay area (where there are 6 ARCs being formed), both exactly the same, so that members may attend whichever one is most convenient. In Parry Sound, where there is only one ARC being formed, a single meeting is being arranged. Dates and locations are as follows:
