You might recall all the ruckus last winter about bus stops not being cleared of snow and how a new sidewalk was needed on McKeown to access the stop.

Well, it appears that will happen before the snow flies.
In a news release today, the City announced that starting immediately until further notice, sidewalk construction will be taking place on McKeown Avenue between Champlain and the Mall Entrance for 850 McKeown.
There will be a lane closure for eastbound traffic in this area and delays should be expected the City warns.
