It’s the 'Super weekend' for federal Liberal Party members, as an estimated 100,000 Liberals will select delegates to send to the leadership convention December 2nd in Montreal.

The race started out with sixteen leadership hopefuls and the field has been cut in half heading into this weekend’s vote.

Still in the race are: Bob Rae; Scott Brison, Gerard Kennedy, Martha Hall Findlay, Michael Ignatieff, Ken Dryden, Stéphane Dion and Joe Volpe

There is no clear front runner heading into the weekend vote. However, both former Harvard professor, Michael Ignatieff and former Ontario premier, Bob Rae have both had leads in recent polls.

Nipissing Liberals will vote for delegates Saturday at the Davedi from 3pm to 8pm.
