It's looking like summer will be hot for the local film industry reports County 600 CKAT.
Two productions are underway -- with three more in the works according to the latest Music and Film in Motion's 'Hot List'.
The Carter TV series is filming season two through mid-July while a Hallmark TV series 'When Hope Calls' is filming until the end of August.
'Like A House On Fire', an independent is scheduled to start filming this week, with the TV Series 'New Eden' starting up June 25. There's also a TV mini-series 'The Rising Suns' slated to start filming August 19.
