Students take part in Operation Start Up

Students from West Ferris S.S., Widdifield S.S., Chippewa S.S, and Northern S.S., attended the Youth in Motion - Top 20 Under 20 workshop held at Fricker, on May 5th, 2010. Also, there was an AM session for grades 7-8 where 120 students attended from W.J. Fricker, Alliance, Chippewa Intermediate, and Phelps.

Students participated in a series of different activities at this workshop which provided them with information about the fascinating world of entrepreneurship. Students were encouraged to take what they learned back to their schools and educate their peers through a classroom workshop using the workshop material that was provided to them.

Students left the workshop motivated and educated about entrepreneurship with an enthusiasm that age does not determine success in business. Youth in Motion - Top 20 Under 20 is a supporter of Operation Start Up.
