Following the screening of Al Gore’s “An Inconvenient Truth” during Earth Day celebrations Odyssée students were pumped up to take action in the fight against green house gases.

Today the entire student body from grades 7 to 12 and faculty showed up en masse to the Black Forest on Highway 11 North to help the city and Henri Ménard, manager of Le Chantier plant 2000 trees to help rebuild what Mother Nature destroyed during last summer’s windstorm.

Mayor Vic kicked off the event by applauding the students' commitment to the environment.

The school had been planing the event for over a month and looked pumped up for what looked like a long hard day of tree planting.
