Three people face drug charges today, following an investigation by the North Bay Police Street Crime unit.
Yesterday at approximately 8 p.m., the Unit executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a Worthington Street East residence.
As a result, police arrested and charged the following individuals:
• Corey Goddin, age 33, of North Bay was charged with one count of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, one count of Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Weapon and one count of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
• Kandice Grandmond, age 25, of North Bay was charged with one count of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, one count of Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, one count of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and one count of Breach of Recognizance.
• Zebediah Goddard, age 21, of Toronto was charged with one count of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance and one count of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
The Police search of the residence found suspected crystal methamphetamine, marijuana, large amounts of cash and a number of prohibited weapons.
All three accused were held in custody for bail hearings.
