The North Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call about a vehicle stuck on a Corbeil Road property in the Township of East Ferris on September 21 at about 10:30 p.m.
OPP say officers attended the property to find that the vehicle had been stolen from the Dunnville area. Witnesses advised that the vehicle occupants fled the area.
OPP Canine Officers and Emergency Response Team assisted with the search and did not locate the suspects.
The OPP is continuing their investigation.
