Officers Steve Taylor & Steve Trahan on bike patrol came across three adult males pushing a shopping cart at Thompson park in our city. Both Officer’s were quick to note that due to this being a long weekend most stores would be closed for the Labour Day holiday.
Upon further investigation it was discovered that inside the cart were 21 boxes of frozen Maple Leaf foods .A parked tractor trailer located nearby was the scene of this theft.
