A small plane has crashed into an Upper East Side New York high-rise Wednesday afternoon.
Reports say there were flames shooting out the windows and debris rained onto sidewalks below.
Understandably New Yorkers' nerves are on edge as the accident occurred exactly one month after the fifth anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attack.
At this point At this point, there is no indication that this is an act of terrorism.
Police confirmed 2 people are dead.
