On the 18th of June it is alleged that a man was assaulted by another man. At this time the victim did not want to complain to the North Bay Police.
On the 24th of June after having received medical treatment for fractured ribs, the victim then provided a statement to Csts. Seth Dinsmore and Jason Long who arrested a suspect in relation to this alleged incident.
George SUTTON 37 years old of Sixth Av. is charged with Assault Bodily Harm and is to appear in court on the 11th of Aug.
