A 44-year-old North Bay man has been charged after allegations he had sexually assaulted a teenage girl.
Constables Sue Solman and Ken Ayres of the North Bay Police Service received a call at 1 this morning to attend a residence within the city, and arrested and transported the man to headquarters.
Gregory CANNON, 44, of Regina Street, is charged with sexual Aasault and sexual interference. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 1.
