On the 2nd of Oct. Det. Cst. Helen Kent of the North Bay Police Service Investigative Section arrested a male in relation to a sexual assault complaint.

The female complainant alleged that the sexual assault had taken place on the 1st of Oct. of this year.

Marcio CARVALHO 23 years old of Main St. E. in North Bay is charged with Sexual Assault and was held for a bail hearing.
