Serious single motor vehicle collision - Kapuskasing

On Saturday January 13th 2007 at approximately 0209 AM Police responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Brunelle Road South just south of Tremblay Street in the Town of Kapuskasing. A southbound pick up truck struck a hydro pole on the West side of Brunelle Road.

The driver and passenger sustained serious injuries and were transported to Sensenbrenner Hospital.

Brunelle Road South will remain closed until approximately noon on Saturday, and vehicles are being detoured at this time.

Cst. Michele Christianson advises that the investigation is still continuing
