OPP say they are investigating a serious ATV accident that happened on a logging road Saturday at approximately 7 p.m.
Police say the single vehicle ATV rollover occured off Rain Lake Road, in McCraney Township approximately 21 kilometers east of the Town of Kearney.
The driver of the vehicle is a 31 year old male from Norfolk County.
He was taken to hospital by EMS where he is being treated for serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Police are continuing to investigate but alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the collision and the driver was wearing his helmet.
