Second search warrant in two weeks on same home. Three arrested.

A joint police effort has resulted in the arrest of three men on drug charges after their home was hit with a second search warrant in just two weeks yesterday.

A raid on a Gorman St. house netted over $12,000 (street value) in suspected fentanyl and more than $1,800 in cash.

Three people, all from North Bay, were arrested and charged.  

Brandt Moore, 35, is charged with:

  • Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000

Corey Pratt, 30, is charged with:

  • Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000

Shai-Lynn Rooney, 22, is charged with:

  • Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession schedule I substance - methamphetamine
  • Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000

All three were held pending bail. 

Officers from the OPP Community Street Crime Unit, Ontario Crime Enforcement Bureau, North Bay OPP, and North Bay Police Service  jointly executed the search warrant .
