A second man has been arrested and charged on distribution of intimate images/child pornography charges.
Earlier this month police charged 20 year old Alexander Perron.

On Saturday, 20 year old Nicolas Martel of North Bay went to the North Bay police station at the request of police where he was arrested and charged with:
- Distribute an intimate image without consent and
- Distribute Child Pornography.
Police accuse Martel of sharing intimate images of a female without her knowledge or consent, as well as images that meet the criminal code definition of child pornography from a separate undercover police investigation commencing back in June.
Martel was released on a Promise to Appear and Undertaking with a court date of October 31.
