Parry Sound OPP launched an extensive ground search for a male party missing from the Municipality of Magnetawan.
With the assistance of the OPP Emergency Response Team, OPP Canine Unit and the OPP Helicopter, the male was located.

Members of the Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a missing male from the Magnetawan area on October 4th around 10:30 p.m.
OPP Investigation has so far revealed that Rory Nemett, a 38-year-old male was reported missing from a residence in the Municipality of Magnetawan.
He is described as white, 5’6”, thin build, with a beard and brown hair, last seen on the morning of October 6, wearing black pants and a black coat. Rory is believed to be in the Key River area.
The OPP has engaged the assistance of the OPP Emergency Response Team and the OPP Canine Unit to assist with the investigation and search.
Police and family are concerned for his well-being, anyone with any information or may know the whereabouts of this missing person is asked to contact the West Parry Sound OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
