Running out of beer this long weekend? No problem as Beer Store open on Labour day for first time

Normally running out of beer on the last long weekend of the summer means breaking out the soft drinks.

Not this weekend though, The Beer Store says 64 of its locations across Ontario will be open on Labour Day Monday, including the Cassells St. location in North Bay.

It's a first for The Beer Store, as it has never been open on Labour Day before. Usually, it remains closed on statutory holiday Mondays.

The Cassells St. store will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday.
