On the 28th of Sept. a man was working as a painter in a North Bay home. At this time it is alleged that he stole a Rolex watch belonging to the owner. This man then turned over the property to a friend who attended a local pawnshop and pawned the watch.

Cst. Chris Johnson of this Service commenced the investigation which culminated in two arrests on the 6th and 7th of Oct.

Sebastien ROY 27 years old of First Av. E. is charged with Theft Over $5000. and is to appear in court on the 14th of Nov.

Dan CHECKLEY 22 years old of Brennan Av. is charged with Possession of Property Over $5000. and Fraud Over $5000. He is to attend court on the 7th of Nov.
