Rivalling Rock Stars

Jack Grunsky, three-time Juno Award winning children’s musical performer took Near North District School Board primary students on a musical journey today.

Children cheered and sang along with Grunsky and with noise levels reaching deafening levels, one might swear an international rock band like U2 or the Rolling Stones had just stepped on the stage at West Ferris Secondary School.

Grunsky, who has been writing music and entertaining children for over 20 years, is no stranger to North Bay as he has performed at the Heritage Festival in the past.

Grunsky’s style of music allows for children to express themselves while discovering multi-cultural influence from around the globe.
