On the 10th of Nov. at approximately 9 PM a stolen vehicle was broadcast on the air for the North Bay Police.
Some 20 minutes after, Cst. Bruce Whitehead of our Service saw the same vehicle go through a red light and he began to follow it.

This vehicle allegedly breached other Highway Traffic sections and was eventually stopped on Johnston Rd.
The driver was immediately arrested.

Cliffton COUCHIE 22 years old of main St. E. in North Bay is charged with Theft of the Motor Vehicle, Possession of Stolen Property, Impaired Driving and Drive With Over 80 Milligrams of alcohol in his blood.

He is to appear in court on the 8th of Jan.
