Red Nose kept busy over the weekend

Operation Red Nose is happy with the results of its first weekend of operation.

The headquarters was kept busy on both Friday and Saturday evening.

Even if more volunteers where needed for Saturday night, Operation Red Nose did manage to have a total of 38 volunteers on hand who gave a total of 30 rides to motorists who had one too many or who were simply too tired to drive back home.

Volunteers are still urgently needed for this coming weekend, mainly for Saturday December 8th. Anyone interested in becoming a volunteer for this coming weekend or any of the following weekends in December is asked to contact Operation Red Nose at 472-NOSE (6673).
