The Canadian Red Cross Society is teaming up with Wal-Mart to raise funds for your local branch of the Red Cross.

From August 7 to August 31, you can add $1 to your Wal-Mart purchase to help benefit programs offered at your local Branch, including the Personal Disaster Assistance program, which offers essentials such as food, clothing and shelter vouchers for victims of house fires, floods and other emergencies.
