Quebec man charged with careless driving

Armour Township - On Friday October 22, 2010 at 11:18am Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 11 in Armour Township.

A 2007 red International transport truck was south bound on Highway 11 when the driver drove off the highway. A crane was used to remove the transport out of the ditch.

Samuel BEDARD (22) of Beloeil, Quebec was charged with careless driving contrary to the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.

There were no injuries.

Police continue to investigate the cause of the collision.
