Recently, an officer of the North Bay Police had occasion to investigate complaints of individuals who were proceeding door to door within the city.
It is alleged that a male aged 32 years and a female aged 26 years of age were attempting to obtain money on the pretence of collecting for the Santa Fund, Food Bank and LIPI.
This solicitation is not valid and our Service wishes to advise the general public of this scam.
